ORDERS

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the customer will receive a full refund.
PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

Pre-order items are products that are not yet available for immediate shipment and will be dispatched at a later date.
The estimated shipping date for pre-order items will be clearly indicated on the product page.
By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the item will be shipped within the timeframe specified on the product page.
Payment for pre-order items is processed at the time the order is placed.
If an order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the order may be shipped once all items become available unless otherwise specified.
If there are significant delays in the availability of a pre-order item, the customer will be notified and may request cancellation of the order and a full refund.

SHIPPING
We currently ship exclusively to:

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
Italy & European Union:
All prices include VAT. No additional charges will apply upon delivery.
Switzerland
All duties and taxes are fully covered by us. No additional charges will requested upon delivery.
United States
All duties and taxes are fully covered by us. No additional charges will requested upon delivery.
United Kingdom
Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local authorities.
RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005), customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
Returned items must:
- be unworn and unused
- have all original tags attached
- be returned in their original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
The customer shall return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal was communicated.

REFUNDS
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to thirty (30) days from the date the returned item is received for the refund to be processed.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the customer’s financial institution.
Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are available only for orders delivered within Italy.
If a customer wishes to exchange an item for a different size or product, the request must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date by contacting: support@madalinacaminschi.it
Items returned for exchange are required to:
- be unworn and unused
- have all original tags attached
- be returned in their original packaging
For orders shipped outside Italy, exchanges are not available. Customers wishing to change size must follow the return procedure and place a new order.
LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Italian Consumer Code (Articles 128–135).
The seller is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and occurring within 24 months from delivery.
In case of defective or non-conforming products, the customer has the right to request:
- repair or replacement free of charge
- a price reduction
- termination of the contract (where applicable)
The customer must notify the defect within 2 months of discovering it.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If a product is defective or incorrect, the customer must contact customer service within 7 days of delivery.
The seller will provide instructions for returning the item and will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
