We currently ship exclusively to:
Italy, European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the United States.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number and delivery details.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs procedures.

Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Return Policy
Items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, and must not be worn, altered, washed, or have any fragrance. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. Items purchased as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
At the moment, for the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the United States, we can only process returns, not exchanges. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Madalina Caminschi is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
The merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and the box it came in. Madalina Caminschi boxes should not be used as the actual shipping box.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return or exchange is complete.
4. Return Procedure
To request a return, please contact our customer service at: support@madalinacaminschi.it
Please include:
- order number
- item(s) you wish to return
Once the return request has been approved, the customer will receive detailed instructions regarding the return shipment.
5. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to thirty (30) days from the date the returned item is received for the refund to be processed.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the customer’s financial institution.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for orders delivered within Italy.
If a customer wishes to exchange an item for a different size or product, the request must be submitted within14 days from the delivery date by contacting: support@madalinacaminschi.it
Items returned for exchange are required to
- be unworn and unused
- have all original tags attached
- be returned in their original packaging
For orders shipped outside Italy, exchanges are not available. Customers wishing to change size must follow the return procedure and place new order.
7. Additional Information
For international returns, customers are advised to clearly mark the shipment as ‘’Returned Goods’’ in order to avoid additional customs duties or import charges.
