ORDERS

Select the product and size you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping bag. Once ready, proceed to checkout and follow the instructions to complete your order. After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order.
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
We accept returns for online orders on all full priced Clothing within 14 days of delivery receipt. Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, and must not be worn, altered, washed, or have any fragrance. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. Items purchased as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions. For domestic returns within ITALY, you can visit this link to request a return/exchange. The return shipping amount will be for free. For international returns outside of ITALY, you can visit this link to request a return. Currently, we are only able to process returns, not exchanges. The return shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track the shipment directly on the courier’s website.
We can ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United States of America, United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. We unfortunately cannot ship to the other countries at this time.
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email to see the status of your order. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Estimated delivery times are: European Union 3–5 business days 1-2 business days for express delivery International orders 5–8 business days Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at: support@madalinacaminschi.it within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a photo of the damage, and a brief description of the issue so our team can assist you.

PRE-ORDER

Some products may be available for pre-order, meaning they are not yet available for immediate shipment. Pre-order items are clearly indicated on the product page.
Pre-order items are not available for immediate shipment. Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped within 30 days from the order confirmation date. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.

RETURNS

You may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service and include your order number. Returned items must be: - unworn and unused - with all original tags attached - in their original packaging
Returns within the European Union are free of charge. For orders shipped outside the European Union, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 30 days to be processed.
